The Suite Shop is specifically designed to help hotel owners and managers gain deeper insights into their suite performance and enhance revenue. It focuses on key metrics related to hotel occupancy rates, offering a detailed analysis and actionable data to manage suite inventory effectively and boost profitability.

The suite shop will provide detailed information including the pricing for each room, availability on a date of your choice, the size of the suite, the amenities included, the total number of suites in the hotel, and the views available from each suite. We will research up to five suites per hotel. You may select these five suites yourself, or we will automatically include the three lowest and two highest priced options available. If brochures are provided to us, they will be included in your report.

Additional hotels and suites can be researched for a small extra fee.

Conducting internet research for a Suite Shop involves several key steps. We start by exploring the websites of your competitors to gather detailed information about their suite offerings. We meticulously note the names and descriptions of each suite, such as “26 luxurious suites” or “2 exquisite presidential suites.” Next, we visit the reservations tab to check availability, ensuring that the hotel has a broad range of suites open for booking. This allows us to obtain accurate details about each suite, including room sizes, views, whether they feature a balcony or patio, the type of bathroom, and if the living area includes dining space. Note that room size is provided only in total square footage.

We then follow up with a direct call to the hotel to obtain additional details about the suites that may not be listed on the website. During this call, we also inquire about any unadvertised suites that might be available. We request that any relevant information be sent to us via email. All this information is promptly forwarded to you along with the completed report.

A professional report is returned to you on an Excel spreadsheet via email. Turnaround time is generally two to three weeks; however, if it is completed prior to that time, we will return it immediately.
